Voluntary Community Contributions
Contributions made through BTD Gives Back are entirely voluntary and are intended to support BTD Services LLC’s community involvement, charitable-minded initiatives, neighborhood cleanups, environmental improvement efforts, and other activities that align with our commitment to making a difference.
By submitting a contribution, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Voluntary Participation: Contributions are entirely optional and are not required to purchase or receive any residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or other services from BTD Services LLC.
- Non-Tax-Deductible Contributions: BTD Services LLC is a for-profit limited liability company and is not represented as a tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions made through BTD Gives Back are not charitable donations eligible for a tax deduction through BTD Services LLC. Please consult your tax professional regarding your individual circumstances.
- Use of Contributions: Contributions may be used to support community service activities, neighborhood cleanup efforts, environmental improvement projects, supplies, equipment, transportation, operational expenses, and other initiatives consistent with BTD’s community involvement mission.
- Allocation of Funds: BTD Services LLC retains discretion over how voluntary contributions are allocated and utilized in support of its community initiatives. Contributions do not guarantee funding for a specific project, individual, organization, or location.
- No Purchase Required: Making a contribution does not establish a customer relationship, guarantee participation in a particular community project, or entitle the contributor to any cleaning service, product, financial return, or other benefit.
- Contribution Acknowledgment: Contributions are voluntary payments made to support BTD Services LLC’s community involvement efforts. They are not represented as charitable gifts to a tax-exempt organization.
